Training and Setup
Phoenix Filtration has experienced on-site technicians to handle equipment setup and startup for your application. After the system is tested and running smoothly, the technician will provide training to the equipment operator, to ensure proper usage and maintenance.

Support Materials
Phoenix Filtration provides all manuals and equipment support materials for each filtration system. These include all technical specifications for review and troubleshooting. All manuals and documents are connected to a serial numbered equipment to ensure that the information is specific to the system. Drawings and specifications are also CAD enabled for use in integrating systems and equipment operations.

Phoenix Filtration currently occupies a 20,000 square foot facility complete with spare parts, inventory and experienced staff from production to customer support.

Phoenix Filtration provides a complete selection of parts and filters. By offering same-day shipping and maintaining a large stocking inventory, Phoenix Filtration is prepared to keep you up-and-running at all times. For vacuum or pressure filtration systems, Phoenix Filtration is able to handle spare parts requests quickly with experience staff and a stocking inventory at the ready. Same day air freight is available for emergency situations.
The company adheres to a JIT (just in time) inventory approach to keep stock current and costs at a minimum. For after-hours calling, all emergency requests are forwarded to a technician’s cell phone for prompt response.
